Yes we do need a clearout of players this is mainly due to our previous manager Peter Grant who was one of Norwich's worst ever managers, He signed a lot of crap scotish players most notably Julien Brellier form your beloved yet rather rubbish hearts. Julien Brellier was the only Norwich Player in history to have more yellow cards than apperances what a waste of wages, but it could be orse we could have a madman incharge of our board. |

| Ive nothing against Norwich pal but for me Roeder is an utter turkey that couldnt manage a kiddy under 7 team successfully, hes been sacked at every club hes been at for being a useless twat and Im surprised you arent in the bottom 3.The board dont seem to know what they are doing at your club as even under worthington you looked a p*ss poor side, the worst Ive ever seen in the championship when you came to molineux a bit back. You have on of the biggest fan bases in the division but the club lacks ambition and is going nowhere,at least you might have some nice pies with delias cooking ![]()

For the side we have got Glen Roeder looks like the man to take us forward, we had a 13 game unbeaten streak not so long ago, and have been very unlucky in are last few matches. Glen Roeder is a very under-rated manager and was unfairly sacked at both Newcastle and West Ham. He got Newcastle and West Ham one of there higest league finishes in recent years, and is the only manager for about 30 years to win any silverware with newcastle, even if it was only the intertoto cup. I think you are being very unfair to a the man, as you are not looking at the facts and the record his guy has. |

| I dont agree,I think Roeder was hopeless,he was sacked by west ham and if you ask most of the hammer fans they dont rate him,at newcastle he inherited a decent squad so couldnt fail to win some games but time will tell

In response to savagewolf's comment yes he was sacked by west ham after getting them relegated, in the same season he colapsed and had a brain tumour. I'm not sure football as the first thing on his mind at the time. He got west hams highest finish in years aswell go them up to 7th look at the stats. Also he may have inherited a good newcastle side, but look at big sam who struggle with the same side. And the manager b4 i think souness , he was still a faliure. Roder done as good a job as anyone, ask a few newcastle fans about him. |
