I've written this thread for the reading of the following information regarding rating and respecting threads that are posted within the forum........as suggested by forum Mod AJ

Rating giving your thumbs up or thumbs down verdict:
As you have probably seen as a guest or as a member each and every thread you enter and read has a symbol to the top right hand corner of the first post written by the thread starter with two thumbs...this symbol is for your use to give your honest opinion on the thread,whether it has any replies or not.

Thumbs Up:
This is your symbol for rating the thread as reconmendable.......if after reading the thread you beleive that its a thread worthwhile for other forum members or guests to go into and read for themselves,then please feel free to click on the thumbs up.This will regrister a positive feedback,which others might deem worthy to post replies on.

Thumbs Down:
This is your symbol for rating the thread as non-reconmendable......Like as above you read the thread but honestly feel that its a thread that is a valid one but not really quite what you feel will be progressive with replies or veiwing for other members or guests,then please feel free to click on the thumbs down.This will regrister a negetive feedback.

NB:Please remember though this policy is for your choice of opinion,and that other members and guest may well think otherwise to yours.This function of rating a thread is also to help others using the forum to see what is deemed a hot subject and what is deemed a valid subject and not to stop the thread being read by others who may have views that will enhance the thread topic.

Helping to make this the no1 place to be!!
The forum is a place of sensible opinions and debating and information everyone can help improving the forum further with truely honest opinions and honest friendly debating and please if you as members feel you have an idea to help your chosen place of debating and opinions become the no1 place to be,feel free to P.M your idea to any Moderator or Administrator who would gladly look into it and raise the point with the other staff members.

I think so too star it will if used correctly should encourage more new members to post as they can see that their opinions are worthwhile and it should encourage more members to expand some threads for some greater and deeper debating,as some topics are posted but never expanded into a general debate or discussion,unless of course the posted thread is one that is more informational than debatable.

I do think this is a great idea,but i have noticed not many threads are being thumbed,either because peeps arent using it or all threads are boring...........so come on folks lets make use of this system and start improving your usage of this great forum..

We just have to come up with a plan that will make members stay longer a brainstorming session.

1. How to get more Members.

2. How to get companies to Advertise with the site, all companies care about is how many people they can reach with their product the more members the more Money you get.

3.What Incentives to give people to become Members

4. What happened to the points system it was a good basis to get people involved with competitions the more points the better privileges you get.
